honey roasted sriracha brussels sprouts

Brussels sprouts are a fan favorite at our house. As in, we would eat them everyday when they are in season if it were up to my husband. We prepare them many ways, but this has to be my favorite. A little sweet. A little spicy. Just the perfect ratio. And did I mention it’s super easy to make?


  • ~15-20 Brussels sprouts, cut in halves

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. pepper

  • 1 tbsp. local honey

  • 1-2 tsp. sriracha sauce 


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt/pepper together until evenly coated.

  3. Add to a lined baking sheet & roast until golden brown (~25-30 minutes).

  4. While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, mix your local honey & sriracha in a small mixing bowl until combined.

  5. Place the roasted Brussels sprouts in a bowl with the honey sriracha mixture. Toss until evenly coated.

  6. Enjoy!
