sautéed kale

You can’t pay me to eat raw kale. But sautéed kale? Oh, I’ll have the entire bunch. Thank you! But seriously, if you’re not into kale, give this way a try and you might think twice about this nutrient packed vegetable. Super easy to make and can be used as a side or snack!


  • 1 bunch kale, washed and dried, stems removed

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1-2 cloves garlic (or 2 tsp. minced garlic)

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.

  2. Add the garlic and sauté until it starts to brown.

  3. Add the kale to the skillet. Toss to coat with oil.

  4. Add in the salt and pepper.

  5. Sauté for ~5 minutes.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
