açai berry smoothie bowl

This berry smoothie bowl is filled with antioxidants (hello powerhouse!) and versatile so that it can be easily made at home with any berries you have on hand! This smoothie bowl calls for all staple ingredients so it makes for a great option any day of the week!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack unsweetened açaí

  • 1 cup blueberries (or any berries!)

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1-2 tbsp. nut butter of choice (peanut butter, almond butter, etc.)

  • 1/2 cup plant based milk

  • 1/2 tbsp. raw local honey

Directions:

  1. Add the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and desired thickness.

  2. Pour into bowl and add your favorite toppings!

Optional:

  • Ice cubes (for a more desired thickness)

  • Topping Favorites: granola, strawberries, goji berries, sliced banana, crushes nuts, coconut shreds, chia/flax/hemp seeds, and drizzled peanut butter!
