My goal for creating this blog is to help and inspire others feel the healthiest version of themselves - physically, mentally and emotionally.
What you will find on here is a whole lotta plant-based foods and nutrition/health content. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I feel that food can be healthy, fun and delicious. We also know that how you feel is not just about what you eat. On Beth and Food, I will share my recipes, my thoughts on nutrition, food and health in general. I will also showcase the food scene in the city that I love, Cleveland!
